Personalization may vary with each ornament. I place the names/dates where they will look best on that particular ornament. I will write as much as you request; however, most of the time less looks best!

Please include your phone number in case internet issues prevent contact via email. I will also need your zip code to provide accurate shipping cost.

I normally respond within 1 hour or less. If you don’t hear back from me within 4 hours, first check your spam folder, then email again or call  205-nine-one-nine-6142. I am in the central time zone.

My acknowledgement will include:

• Confirmation that your items are in stock
• Your total price including shipping. I must have the destination zip code in order to provide.
• Expected ship date
• Payment options (check, money order, credit card)

I use USPS for shipping. They are the least expensive choice for light-weight items. I can normally ship within 2 business days if the items you order are in stock.

1-4 ornaments can be shipped Ground Advantage to any mainland location in the U.S. for $5-$8 (2-5 day delivery). Due to weight and box size, 5 or more ornaments must ship Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery).
