Location of the personalization may vary with each ornament. I place the names/dates where they will look best on that particular ornament. I will write as much, or as little as you request; however, most of the time less looks best!

Feel free to include special requirements, such as when you need the order, shipping details, or any questions you may have. It would be helpful if you would include your phone number in case internet problems prevent me from replying by email.

Acknowledgement: I access my email several times a day, and will promptly acknowledge your order. Personalization will be added to in-stock items upon receipt of payment. I can normally ship the next day. If you don't receive my reply within 24 hours, that probably means your email didn't reach me. Please email again or call 205-477-7535 (evenings after 5:30pm Central time and anytime on weekends).

Payment: Once you receive my acknowledgement, you will have the option of sending payment in the form of CHECK, MONEY ORDER, or PAYPAL. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Susan Willard. My address is

Although 98% of my business is done entirely through email, I realize that some customers prefer to talk to a real person. My number is 205-477-7535. I welcome phone calls, but please be mindful that I work a full time job during the day and the best time to reach me is in the evenings after 5:30pm and anytime on weekends. I live in the Central time zone, so please consider the time difference when calling. Finally, I don't take credit cards by phone. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, I will email you my PayPal payment link.

Shipping & handling:

	2-3 day delivery	I ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping rates apply only to the continental U.S. If you need Express Mail (overnight to most areas), please state that in your email, along with your city, state and zip code, and I will reply with the shipping cost.
