Location of the personalization may vary with each ornament. I place the names/dates where they will look best on that particular ornament. I will write as much as you request; however, most of the time less looks best!
Feel free to include details such as when you need the order, shipping details, or any questions you may have. It would be helpful to include your phone number in case internet problems prevent me from replying by email.
Acknowledgement:
I access my email several times a day, and will promptly acknowledge your order. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, that means your (or my) email did not get through. Please email again or call 205-477-7535 (evenings after 5:30pm Central time and anytime on weekends). Please do not send payment by check or PayPal until you receive my acknowledgement email. Doing so may cause confusion in the order process, or incorrect payment to be submitted.
Payment:
After receiving your acknowledgement email, you should promptly send payment in the form of check, money order or PayPal. Make check or money order payable to Susan Willard. My address is 13676 Lisa Drive, Lake View, AL 35111.
Personalization will be added to in-stock items upon receipt of payment. I can normally ship the next day.
Although 98% of my business is done entirely through email, I realize that some customers prefer to talk to a real person. My home phone number is 205-477-7535. I welcome phone calls, but please be mindful that I work a full time job during the day and the best time to reach me is in the evenings between 5:30pm-9:00pm and anytime on weekends. I live in the Central time zone, so please consider the time difference when calling. Finally, I don't take credit cards by phone or email. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, I will email you my PayPal payment link. You do not need to create a PayPal account in order use them for payment.
