Attention customers with AOL email accounts:

I have received many orders from customers through AOL email accounts.  Unfortunately, I have not been able to reply back to all of them because their AOL filter settings have been set with a global block (sometimes unknown to the sender) which blocks my reply.  My response comes back marked "refused by recipient."    Also, if you have ever selected the "MARK AS SPAM" option for any YAHOO email address, it will block all future Yahoo emails. 

Before you email me, check your filter settings and ADD ME TO YOUR ADDRESS BOOK.   I check my email several times a day.  If you have emailed me but haven't received a response, this is probably the reason.  Feel free to phone me if you can't reach me through email.

And it's always good to include your phone number in case email goes down on your end or mine.
