Attention customers with AOL or Charter.net email accounts:
I've had difficulty receiving and/or responding with customers using these 2 internet providers.
Before you email me, check your filter settings and ADD ME TO YOUR ADDRESS BOOK. I check my email several times a day. If you email me and don't receive a response within 12 hours, this is probably the reason. Please feel free to phone me if you can't reach me through email.
And it's always good to include your phone number with your order in case email goes down on your end or mine.
